The Role of Fitness On My Journey
I have worked with several fitness trainers, and I owe each of them a lot, especially Mauro Sassi, a hardworking individual, friend, and the person responsible for my biggest achievement, earning a medal on the Mr. Olympia stage.
My vision is to motivate others to achieve greatness because fitness isn’t limited to professionals – it’s for everyone on this planet.
The turning point in my life was when I met my friend. He helped me take my project online. It seemed like my topmost achievement at the time, but it was only the beginning, and the best is yet to come.

How I Became A Mr. Olympia Representative
I can trace the beginnings of this partnership to the Mr. Olympia competition in the US in 2020, where I met like-minded and motivated individuals in the fitness industry who recognized my potential, upon which we started our business cooperation.
Becoming the person in charge of the Mr. Olympia Academy in Europe and a Mr. Olympia Brand Ambassador gave me the needed boost.
Now, I am more ready than I have ever been!
My Unbeatable Love For My Country
I was born in Macedonia, I have lived and won for Macedonia.
While I had many opportunities to leave my birthplace, I have always decided to stay and build a better life for myself, my family, and all Macedonians. I have always represented my country in the best possible light everywhere I have performed on stage worldwide, and I am so proud of it.
I have protected my country and worked in various positions for Macedonia, from the army to the prime minister’s personal security. Most recently, I have also become a part of IPA-Macedonia and earned special recognition from the organization.
Personal Life
I am a proud husband of Gabriela and a father of two, Blaze and Angela. My family is my solid rock and my biggest support in training, motivation, and competition preparation. My friends are also a key component of my life, as we are here for each other in good and bad times.
In my free time, I love to watch documentaries and browse the web to discover the next best thing in nutrition, supplements, and workouts. I am also very active on social media platforms, so feel free to follow me and get a sneak peek into a day in my life.

Biography – Tose Zafirov
GRADUATED PSYCHOLOGIST
Toshe Zafirov was born in Negotino, Macedonia, on January 22, 1978 and his journey into the bodybuilding world began in 1997 and he has been actively involved in fitness for 27 years.
1996–2000: ENTERING BODYBUILDING AND FIRST VICTORIES
After completing his secondary education, Tose began his mandatory service in the Army of the Republic of Macedonia. At the same time, he began his professional career in bodybuilding, where in 1997 he won his first title as Junior Champion at the National Championship in Struga. This period was marked by numerous regional victories, including the Grand Prix Macedonia in Ohrid in 1999.
2000–2003: FAMILY LIFE AND NATIONAL DOMINATION
In 2000, Toshe crowned his private life
by marrying Gabriela, who is herself a successful bodybuilder. In 2002, they had a son, who is also actively involved in bodybuilding. In 2003,
Toshe became the Absolute Champion in Macedonia,
proving his dominance at the national level.
2001–2006: ARMY CAREER AND CIVIL SERVICE
From 2001 to 2006, Toshe was a member of the special units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, where he served his country with extraordinary courage and discipline. This experience shaped his personality and strengthened his commitment to discipline and professionalism.
2006–2010: SECURING THE PRIME MINISTER AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT
After his military service, Tose moved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where from 2006 to 2010 he was part of the personal security of the Prime Minister of Macedonia. This responsible role confirmed his reliability and ability to work under pressure.

Since 2006, Tose has been fully dedicated to professional bodybuilding, participating in more than 100 competitions around the world. He became the first Macedonian to win the prestigious Mr. Olympia Amateur title. He has worked with the most famous coaches and bodybuilders in the world, including legends like Kevin Levrone, transferring their methodologies and strategies to the Macedonian and European audience. Tose is committed to transferring knowledge and experience to the younger generations, constantly creating motivational programs, training plans and strategies for success. He is a strong promoter of family values - his entire family actively competes at Mr. Olympia and wins prestigious awards, including his daughter, who is now actively involved in fitness and has already won international awards around the world. The Zafirov family will perform together at Mr. Olympia 2025 in Las Vegas, representing Macedonia as an example of a sports family, discipline and togetherness.
2020–TODAY: DIGITAL EXPANSION AND EDUCATIONAL MISSION
In 2020, Toshe is expanding his influence through his own web platform, where he shares blogs, interviews and educational materials on a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and effective training methods. This platform is becoming a central place for education and inspiration, where he discusses the impact of healthy and unhealthy habits, connecting his knowledge directly with the new mobile application.
